Description

This course is designed for the students to enhance the knowledge learned from level one electrical and more. Students will use the laws of electricity in systems that are actually on the vehicle. Systems such as the cranking circuit and Auxiliary systems like the Signal circuit and the Wiper circuit will give the students firsthand knowledge of the relationship between the demand on the electrical system and actual current flow in the circuit. Students will also learn about the different types of wiring diagrams and practice reading manufacturer's wiring diagrams. Students will also study different types of electronic devices and the advantage of using electronics over electrical systems. Students will also be able to diagnose and repair or recommend the repair of electrical and electronic systems using the manufacturer’s specifications.
