| Description | This course is designed for students to understand the principle and purpose of heating and cutting tools. Students will be able to identify the different types of Oxy – fuel heating and cutting equipment and explain how these systems work. Students will also learn how to use these systems following manufactures recommended guidelines. Students will study the heating ventilation and air conditioning system found on heavy equipment and the regulations that govern the HVAC systems. Students will be able to identify unsafe/faulty operator protection devices following manufacturers’ recommended practices and government regulations |
