Description | The focus of this course will be to provide instruction on how to negotiate, persuade and sell productively and ethically, including the fundamentals of motivation and consumer behaviour theories. Each class will use a combination of experiential learning (i.e. roleplaying, facilitated group discussions) and traditional teaching methods to cover the fundamental concepts of Negotiation and Persuasion. |
