| Description | Whether an arts manager is designing a season, an educational program or a fundraising campaign, sound project management skills are essential. This course will focus on the macro elements involved in planning an event i.e. simultaneously managing the four basic elements of a project: resources, time, money, and most importantly, scope. Phase one of building a project through a team-based model will commence. |
