Description

This course asks students to engage in intensive scene study with a number of directors in a number of different genres. Students will learn to identify how auditioning for a part and actually performing that part may differ. Emphasis will be placed on the need to decode the hierarchy of personnel on set, collaborate with everyone involved in the production and understand “set etiquette”. Students will receive a thorough understanding of what casting agents, casting directors and film and tv directors expect of an actor and how to develop strategies for a successful screen acting career.
