Advanced Beverage Management

To gain an overview of the beverage industry in existing and emerging markets, students will explore recent trends and developments of leading beverage producers in all categories, including non-alcoholic, wine, spirits, beer, cider and saké. Students will learn about beverage buying, retailing, marketing and branding in the global marketplace, focusing on Canada and the Ontario market in particular.
For in-class learners, in-class and online (blended modality) activities will reinforce the learnings. Online learners will also participate in projects, case studies and other immersive digital experiences.
