| Description | This course will introduce the students to Advanced Managerial Accounting. The course expands further on conceptual understanding of the role of management accounting. Topics include relevant costing, capital budgeting, transfer pricing, balanced scorecard, inventory management, variance and profitability analysis, performance measurement and compensation, and the application of management accounting concepts and techniques to support business decision making. |
