Advanced Presentation Techniques

Description

This course is designed to expand and enhance the architectural representational skills of the students by building upon the modeling knowledge gained in their previous lab work at the school and to encourage personal development and judgment in presentation techniques to suit a project and its audience.

Experimentation with various software is strongly encouraged, including freehand drawing, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, as well as 2D graphics software and parametric design tools such as Dynamo. This course, for the most part, will not be prescriptive. The students will be required to present their work in class followed by group discussions and critics.

  • Earned a minimum grade of C in each of the following:
    • ARGR224 – Architectural Graphics
