| Description | This course provides students with an introduction to different alternatives of project delivery methods. Key topics will include 'Design-Bid Build', 'Design-Build', 'Construction Management'- services only and at risk, and 'Public-Private Partnerships'. Other topics explored include 'Job-Order Contracting', and 'Design-Build with bridging', as well as 'Integrated Project Delivery' and Sustainability. Course learning is achieved through; review of real contracts, actual case studies, participation in group competition, and preparation of realistic project delivery proposals. |
