| Description | In this introductory course, students will receive an overview of work standards and practices in the industry. Students will learn safe work practices and safety procedures and become familiar with industry tools and equipment. Students will be introduced to the process of oxy-acetylene heating, welding, cutting as well as personal, equipment and location welding safety. In addition compression welding methods will be introduced. |
