Description

This course will teach more advanced techniques and procedures for performing damage analysis, repair using standard alignment equipment. Students will also learn the operation, testing and servicing of mechanical and laser measuring systems used to assess and correct frame and unibody damage, and acquire a working knowledge of the reference manuals used in the workplace. The removal and replacement of structural and outer panels will be taught, along with the special techniques and procedures required for composite and aluminum panels. The course will conclude with an overview of the techniques and procedures required for post-repair inspections and drivability testing.
