| Description | This course continues to build upon the ideas and concepts introduced in semester one. This holistic approach is continued in this semester with a shift in focus to an in-depth examination of eastern and aboriginal view of the human experience. The mind-body connection will be explored from a spiritual and psychophysiological stance and mindfulness meditation will be learned and practiced.
