FINA 314 Borrowing and Lending in Canada is a fifth-semester course in the 2493 Financial Services Program. The course examines topics related to how lending institutions administer consumer credit and a review of some of the products and features they offer. The course focuses on the five C's of credit, various lending products, the lending and loan structuring process, small business lending as well as the recovery of borrowed funds.
