| Description | Students will learn about the municipal requirements for obtaining approvals for real estate development and building construction. The course will familiarize students with the wide array of authorities having jurisdiction, their concerns, mandates and approval requirements. Students will also learn the steps required for obtaining project approvals, the related issues to be considered when assessing approval options, and the services required to be provided by the consultant during this process. |
