| Description | An advanced consultant would find himself dealing with large-scale projects within multinational corporations. These engagements would require sophisticated management, organizational and critical thinking skills.
This course will provide the learner with the ability to identify, explore, develop and evaluate consulting processes and activities that would arise from dealing with multinational corporations with extensive enterprise networks.
Case studies will be used extensively to present the learner with situations that reflect each aspect of the advanced consulting cycle. Student teams will be asked to evaluate complicated real-life issues facing a consultant and determine action items to address the issues. A guest lecture series will supplement the case study format of this class and provide the learner with real-life technically focused solutions to problems that occur every-day in the life of a consultant. |
