Description | This course helps students understand the interrelationship between content, audience and revenue in the media industry. Increasingly, the expectation from reporters and editors is that emerging journalists understand how the work they produce contributes to the bottom line and that they are applying insights based on real-time audience behaviour measurement to make editorial decisions. This course also explores the future of community news, and revenue sources beyond traditional advertising and reader subscriptions. |
