| Description | This course examines the historical and contemporary relationship between business and government in Canada, with comparative references to other countries. Students will learn that the importance of this relationship is evident in the wide range of economic and social markers dependent upon it. Students will critique the various concepts and theories advanced to explain various aspects of the relationship. Students will also critique new forms of economic and political governance that have emerged with globalization. |
