| Description | This course provides an introduction to the fundamental aspects of conducting business activities. It gives the candidate a broad perspective of business management and provides an overview of the environment in which business decisions take place. Candidates will be exposed to techniques related to re-engineering the corporation and change management. Logistics strategy and planning and the relationship with corporate strategic planning is examined. Performance management tools and models are included as part of a performance management system.
