This course was developed to educate participants on all aspects of running a business office in an automotive dealership. Highlights of the course include a review of the automotive industry, business office roles and responsibilities, customer service, rapport – building, implementing an effective sales process, product and service knowledge, warranties, and chemical applications. Other topics include financing and leasing, organization and time management skills, insurance services, dealing with customer concerns and effective customer maintenance and follow-up.
