Description | In this capstone course, students will leverage and refine their marketing knowledge and strategic skills by working on real-world industry challenges provided by an industry partner. Every Business Marketing student will engage in a work-integrated learning experience, synthesizing their program knowledge to address a specific marketing problem or opportunity within an organization, paving the way for career readiness and future success. Using a collaborative, technology-based approach, students will work in teams to diagnose the marketing needs of their industry partner and develop innovative solutions that demonstrate their ability to integrate key program outcomes such as strategic planning, product positioning, market analysis, and pricing strategies. As they explore and present solutions, students will investigate, interpret, and defend strategic decisions on how to add lasting value to the partner’s marketing objectives. |
