| Description | In this course students develop skills and competency in business research and analysis for management decision making and business planning. The course introduces students to research methods and methodology, comparative case study approaches and alternative business research models/theories. Various aspects of the research process will be analyzed in detail, including time and budget planning, research ethics, conducting literature reviews, deciding on qualitative and/or quantitative methods, primary and/or secondary data collection, data analysis and interpretation, and finally communicating research results. Statistical analysis using SAS will also be conducted. Students will learn to write research proposals and business research reports in business and academic formats. |
