| Description | The Cake and Fondant Fundamentals course is designed to provide students with the fundamentals in specialty cake decorating and design with a focus on fondant covered cakes, piping techniques, sculpting and case study scenario-based assignments. Through instructor demonstration videos, students will learn how to employ a variety of decorative techniques using various mediums and tools. All skills and projects throughout this course will prepare students to meet industry expectations. |
