| Description | This course builds on student's growing industry knowledge with a comprehensive study of the components of the Canadian and Ontario tourism and hospitality industries including tourism assets, stakeholders and and how they interact with each other in the global context. This course includes a major module exploring the role of Indigenous Tourism in Canada and culminates in an industry focused research project. |
