| Description | This course provides students with an overview of psychiatric case management. The basic principles, models and approaches, goals and outcomes and tools of case management as well as the role of the case manager are presented. Psychological rehabilitation will also be presented. This course will examine the role of the Community Health Nurse in rapidly changing situations. |
