| Description | This course introduces the student to the profession of nursing as a practice discipline. Students develop their understanding of the role of the nurse within the inter-professional team. In the clinical setting, students apply caring, communication, critical thinking and foundational nursing skills to maintain and support clients’ health and well-being.
