| Description | In this course, students will do a deep dive into the management of cloud services, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively oversee and optimize cloud-based resources and services. Students will also examine key aspects of cloud service management, including service delivery, performance monitoring, observability and cost management. Students will explore topics such as service level agreements (SLAs), resource allocation, and cloud-native tools for performance monitoring, observability and FinOps. Emphasis will be placed on hands-on experience with tools and techniques for monitoring and managing cloud environments across major cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud. Through practical assignments and real-world case studies, students will learn to develop strategies for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud services. By the end of the course, students will be proficient in monitoring and optimizing the performance of cloud, preparing them for advanced roles in cloud service management and IT operations. |
