| Description | In this capstone course, students will have an opportunity for a culminating learning experience to specialize in cloud computing by applying comprehensive knowledge and skills acquired throughout their coursework in a real-world project, demonstrating their expertise in cloud computing. Students will undertake a significant project that addresses a complex problem or challenge within the realm of cloud computing. Projects may involve designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, optimizing cloud infrastructure, developing cloud-native applications, or exploring innovative uses of emerging cloud technologies. Throughout the course, students will work closely with faculty advisors and industry mentors, using various guidance and feedback to ensure the successful completion of their projects. Emphasis will be placed on project planning, execution, and presentation, with student opportunity to produce a detailed project report and deliver a professional presentation of their findings and results. By the end of the course, students will have a robust portfolio piece that showcases their ability to solve real-world problems using cloud computing technologies, preparing them for advanced roles in the industry and positioning them as leaders in the field of cloud computing. |
