| Description | This introductory course provides the student with an opportunity to develop the knowledge, skill and attitudes required for effective communication among professionals within the health care setting. Models of communication, group dynamics, self-awareness and foundational values of health care will be explored. Learning activities will include: role-playing, electronic messaging, video and /or audiotaping and peer feedback |
