| Description | ENGL 219 focuses on written and spoken communication skills necessary in diverse occupations of the transportation sector. Students will present information in a variety of formats that meet professional and workplace standards. Written requirements include a standard business letter, an informal report, a cover letter, a resume and workplace-related writing in a variety of formats such as professional emails and texts. Professional speaking skills may include customer-service communications, job interviews, and short presentations. |
