| Description | This course is an introduction to Windows, Microsoft Office, basic internet research, and proprietary school software. Students will learn the fundamentals of Windows based operating systems, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and how they interact. The course will build a foundation for the utilization of Health care food service administrative software. Students will gain knowledge from lectures, demonstrations and classroom activities. |
