| Description | This course prepares students with an understanding of construction scheduling principles that will enable them to reference plans and specifications to break a project into tasks and milestones that relate to major project phases such as design, construction and closeout. Students will learn to create detailed GANTT charts based on real-life projects using MS Project scheduling software. |
