Participants in this course develop the ability to provide excellent customer service by creating positive experiences for clients and handling challenging situations. They also develop an understanding of the contribution of customer service to the success of an organization.

This course will also provide the learner with the fundamental principles of marketing and focus specifically on the function of selling.
