| Description | This is a seminar course that will focus on round-table discussions on recent and current developments in art internationally. Topics will include painting, drawing, sculpture, installation and performance art in all media. Students will be expected to participate through discussion and debate, oral presentations with visual references, written assignments, and collaborate in groups to produce a body of artwork. A variety of delivery techniques including lectures and instructor guidance, individual research using journals and texts, and visiting artists, will be used. |
