| Description | Students will learn about the scope of a design professionals services through the various project stages of design, bidding, construction field review, and post construction, as well as the business aspects, organizational options and management of a professional practice. Students will also learn about the legal aspects of consulting and construction; professional liability, contract law, consultant agreements, construction contracts, Lien legislation, insurance requirements, professional ethics, and technical standards and codes. |
