| Description | This course will enable students to study the role of a court clerk in the Youth Criminal Justice Courts. Students will learn the principles and procedures using Ministry-approved guidelines; they will acquire skills to operate in a courtroom as a clerk using governing regulations, demonstrating the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity required in a court environment. Court clerks typically open court and handle all documents to accommodate the courtroom sitting. |
