| Description | This advanced level thesis course in objective or figurative drawing and painting challenges the student to develop a cohesive body of work through the synthesis of all the learning experiences and skills developed from the previous semesters. Students may select from the figure, the still life, the interior composition, the exterior composition, or combinations of the above, and may work from the imagination and/or observation. A variety of delivery techniques including one-on-one mentorship and group critiques will be used, and increased emphasis will be placed on the ability to produce work independently. |
