| Description | This course examines the procedures involved in acting as a court and tribunal agent/paralegal summary criminal code matters in Ontario. Emphasis will be on the criminal code of Canada and the rules of court of the Ontario Court of Justice. The course is designed to familiarize students with the particular legal issues and procedures associated with summary convictions offences from the point of view of the prosecution and the defence. |
