This course will provide learning in the following core areas: customer care as a revenue-generating function; the concept of profit centre vs. cost centre; the structural support, processes, practices and leadership necessary for effective customer care delivery; the role and importance of customer feedback and employee satisfaction surveys in achieving excellent customer care; and next generation customer care.
