Participants in this course develop the ability to provide excellent customer service by creating positive experiences for clients and handling challenging situations.  They apply knowledge principles and processes of relationship selling in both in-bound and out-bound environments.  They also develop an understanding of the contribution of customer service to the success of an organization.   Course delivery methods include lectures, discussions, role plays and individual and team assignments, with an emphasis on student participation.
