This course introduces students to the production, reporting and client management requirements of interactive and digital communications, providing the basic skills required of Account Managers and Project Managers. It will explore the timing, production, costs, reporting and client management for interactive communications including: simple micro and mobile sites, e-mail campaigns, banner and mobile ads.
