| Description | This introductory course introduces students to the foundations of digital signal processing (DSP). Fundamental topics covered include quantization, processing, and reconstruction. Algorithms and transformations (eg. Z-transform) peculiar to DSP will be used for popular applications such as (FIR, IIR) filters, controllers. |
