| Description | This course will introduce students to both observed and imagined approaches to objective drawing using a number of media. The principles of linear and atmospheric perspective will be introduced in context with the still life, interior and exterior compositions.
General principles of design and composition will be explored along with the elements of drawing. A variety of delivery techniques including one-on-one instruction, discussions and critiques, will be used. Emphasis will be on the freehand ability to achieve convincing proportions and perspective, responsive personal expression, and the ability to work independently. |
