| Description | In this course, students will learn by completing a course project that will focus on the design, analysis, manufacture and testing of a drone tool for a specific application through one design project. Students will also learn about digital design, analysis and optimization of a drone with specific design constraints through a second design project. Students will learn how to focus on material selection, electronics and control, and auxiliary UAV service functions. Components will largely be manufactured in house according to each design, utilizing CNC and 3D printing, and composite fabrication. |
