| Description | In this course, students will examine the components required to design, test, and build an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Students will be given the opportunity to construct UAVs within the lab environment. Students will discuss topics that include the airframe, propulsion systems, the flight control computer or system, precision navigation system, location sensor, sense and avoid system, high altitude sensor, payload, environmental sensors, insurance, and regulation. |
