Electrical Fundamentals

Description

In this course the student will learn basic terminology, facts and general principles about electrical components and devices and simple DC and AC circuit theory of operation.

(L) The lab component of the course provides the student with the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge obtained during classroom activities to construct simple DC and AC circuits. The practical sessions will also familiarize the student with the correct use and operation of the DMM(digital multimeter) and the oscilloscope to verify the correct circuit operation of an electrical system.
