Description

The Electrical Fundamentals section will provide the apprentice/ student with both theory and practical training. Course provides the apprentice / student with the ability to demonstrate procedures for solving problems involving current flow in a DC circuit and the application of electrical measuring instruments used to start-up, troubleshoot, or service refrigeration and air conditioning system. In addition, the curriculum ensures that the apprentice is able to describe alternating current load devices and circuits, sequence of electrical operations in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and procedures for installing electrical component wiring. 
NOTE: This course may have labs or lectures in low or high temperature or humidity conditions.
