This course gives the student the foundation that is needed to understand electronics and electrical systems. They will be taught the principles of electricity and use mathematical electrical formulas. They will be able to identify different types of circuit failures, learn how to use multimeters and other advance electronic service tools. The students will be able read and understand different types of wiring schematic and circuit types. They will learn about the various components of and the different types of batteries and perform maintenance procedure on most types of batteries.
