Description

The first part of this course presents a detailed treatment of BJT small-signal or AC parameters that are used to analyze the performance of small-signal amplifiers. The same approach is used to analyze FET amplifiers. Frequency analyses of amplifiers will be demonstrated. The second part introduces a concept of operational amplifier. Property of an ideal op-amp will be examined in correlation to the practical op-amp. Various op-amp circuit applications, both linear and nonlinear, are described and analysed.
