This course is a continuation into the understanding of air conditioning and comfort systems found on today’s modern vehicles with greater emphasis on the electronics that make up the complex climate control systems that are currently in use. Testing, inspection, and diagnosing of automatic climate control systems will be the primary focus. The second part of this course will focus on the various types of body and trim components, their principles of operation, and the procedures by which they are tested and diagnosed. Theoretical lectures will be reinforced with practical demonstrations and assignments.
