Description

In Electronics 1, students will learn the fundamentals of the structure and operation of semiconductor devices. Lectures and lab exercises will include basic diode circuits, BJT and FET/MOSFET transistor biasing and DC operation analyses. In addition, students will utilize computer circuit simulation tools and Internet searching techniques to analyze electronic device operation, as well as to collect and interpret devices’ data sheets. All subsequent courses are heavily based on these topics.
